Needed:
Dual fan Grill
2 pieces of white bread per sandwich
Sardines
Cheese
2 eggs per sandwich
Red wine pasta sauce
First, start poaching the eggs.
That means: boil some water in a saucepan then take it off the heat
break some eggs into cups and slide them into the water
put a lid on the saucepan and leave it for 4 minutes or so
While you're waiting for that; slap down your first slice of bread and put some of that pasta sauce on it. Put the sardines on top of that, but try to keep them in a group so you can cover it with the slice of cheese you p

Needed: Some form of non-leavened bread
Sandwich toaster
Pasta sauce
Cheese
Semi-dried tomatoes
Scottish (MI6 double agent) sardines
Directions:
Roll all ingredients like a burrito, not one ingredient back! Slam in between the hot metal of the sandwich toaster with all due haste. Stop and you die. Share equally between all members of your commune.
