Soldiers of Saint Pehtar

Saint Pehtar is revered by almost everyone as the father of Byelovia. It was he who Sacrificed his sight to unify the warring estates into a single the powerful kingdom that forms Byelovia.However, Saint Pehtar did not achieve his goal by solely by diplomacy. Whenever a king or Baron refused to become part of the greater good his estate would be overrun by excellently trained soldiers whose trained manoeuvres alone would often be enough to make the despot reconsider his previous decision.

The soldiers use formations akin to 17th century pike squares.
Their uniforms are black and red (the shaded parts being black) except for the yellow feather.
The thing the musketeer is carrying is a pavise (wiki it), they can fight with or without it depending on the situation.
The face of the Pavise has a heraldic image on it with a red background.
